Bachelor of Biology Education from Can Tho University, currently an independent researcher in the field of education and human development. She has experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research on curriculum development following a constructive alignment model, teachers’ professional motivation, and career-oriented education based on learner competency development. She also participated in a study on the distribution of ornamental plant species in Dong Thap Province (Vietnam), contributing data to local conservation and sustainable development efforts.

Within the SIMPLE project, she is responsible for managing and archiving project documents, supporting the synthesis and processing of both quantitative and qualitative data, as well as preparing materials for focused discussion sessions and the project’s financial procedures. In addition, she monitors project progress and key milestones to ensure the effective implementation of all activities.
